At 30 years old, I hit rock bottom. I didn't know why women, financial success, and being in peak physical shape didn't make me happy. In fact, I felt more depressed than ever.Â
It was at this point that I went on spiritual journey to heal my inner child. This journey took me through the full range of emotions. At one point, I laid collapsed in a tent for hours, in a puddle of my own tears. I filled dozens of notebooks with letters I wrote to my inner child. I went through a dark night of the soul to release decades of trauma.Â
What was waiting for me on the other side was indescribable. A life filled with love, joy, peace, and abundance. A beautiful, loving family that I am grateful for every day. Spiritual gifts and connection to the divine.Â
I've awakened to my purpose to teach what I've learned on my journey so that one day, you too can experience this too.Â
